Is it really free?

Yes. We design a preview of your website at no cost and with no obligation. If you like it, you pay $999 and we finish the build. If you do not like it, you owe us nothing and you are free to walk away.

How long does it take?

Your free preview lands the same day — get in touch before 3pm and you'll have it that afternoon; later in the day and it's with you first thing in the morning. Once you approve it, your website is live within 7 days. The only thing that slows this down is how quickly we hear back from you.

Why is it only $999 when others charge $3,000+?

Because we build a lot of them, from a design system we have already done the hard work on, and because we are not fitting your project around a dozen other priorities. You are not paying for a bespoke agency process — you are paying for a professional website, done properly and quickly.

What if I don't like the preview?

Then you tell us, and that is the end of it. You are not committed to anything, there is nothing to cancel, and you will not be chased. Most people ask for a few changes rather than rejecting it outright — up to two rounds are included.

What do I need to provide?

Very little. Your business name, the services you offer, the areas you serve, and your contact details. If you have a logo or photos, send them over. If you do not, we will use professional stock images that suit your trade, and you are not expected to write any of the text.

Can I update the website myself?

You do not need to. Text us or email us what you want changed if you choose the optional monthly plan. You can also simply take the finished site design and arrange hosting elsewhere.

Did you call me? I don't remember asking for this.

Possibly — if one of our team spoke to you about a website, they will have given you this link and your details would already be on our system. If you have not spoken to anyone from MKSK Consulting, then a form has been filled in incorrectly and we would like to know: contact us and we will delete your details and stop contacting you immediately.

What does the optional monthly plan cover, and do I need it?

You do not have to take the plan. It covers hosting, your domain name, daily backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, delivering your enquiries to your inbox, keeping your Google reviews current on the site, and small content changes when you ask for them. If you do not want it, you can take the finished site design and use another host, or we can deploy it to hosting of your choice. The plan is rolling monthly, with no minimum term, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Who owns the website — me or you?

Once you have paid in full, the finished site design and agreed content are yours. If you skip or later cancel the monthly plan, we can deploy the site to hosting of your choice or hand over all agreed site files. Your domain name remains yours.

I got a cold call — is this legitimate?

Yes. FirstLook Websites is part of MKSK Consulting Ltd, an established technology company with 9 years of experience. We never ask for payment before you have approved your free preview.

What exactly do I get if I skip the monthly plan?

You get the finished website design and agreed content. We can deploy it to hosting of your choice or hand over all agreed site files. Your domain name remains yours.

Do I keep my domain name?

Yes. Your domain name remains yours whether you choose the optional monthly plan or not. If you skip the plan, we can point it to hosting of your choice or hand over the site files.

Will I be number one on Google?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something. What you get is a fast, properly built website with the basics right: clear titles, sensible structure, a Google Business Profile set up, and pages for each service and area. That is what makes you findable. Climbing the rankings from there is about getting reviews and being consistent, which is work only you can do.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

The same person, every time. No account managers, no support queues, no ticket numbers. FirstLook Websites is run by one team inside MKSK Consulting Ltd, and you will have a direct number for whoever is building your site.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Not before you have seen anything. You see the preview first, decide whether you want it, and only then do we talk about money. There is nothing to sign to get a preview.

What exactly is included for the $999?

A custom design for your business — not a template with your name dropped in. Five to six pages: Home, Services, About, Reviews or Gallery, and Contact. A click-to-call button, quote form, Google Map, photo gallery, licensing details, the words written or tidied for you, basic on-page SEO, and Google Business Profile setup. Plus up to two rounds of changes, and the site live within 7 days.

What is not included?

Extra pages beyond five or six, online stores, full copywriting beyond the standard page text, and logo design. All of those are possible, and we will quote for them separately and clearly before doing any work.

How do I pay?

Fifty per cent when you approve your preview, and the balance when your site is delivered. Secure online card payment, no card details taken over the phone, and a proper invoice for each payment.

Can I keep my current domain name and email?

Yes to both. Your existing domain name is kept as it is, and your email addresses are not touched — we only build the website. The domain name is renewed as part of the monthly plan.

How did you get my number?

Your number came from publicly available business listings. If you have asked us before not to contact you, we will not — and if we got that wrong, tell us and we will fix it and remove you immediately.
